on signing up for a plan of care at Midlands Physical Therapy. As part of your welcome pack you will have received an exercise band and on this page I want to guide you through a number of exercises that you can perform with it. 

The best thing about the exercise bands is that they are small and light and you can bring them anywhere. Also, it’s easy to lower or increase the difficulty of the exercise by putting more or less resistance on the band. 

The three exercises are to help with your mobility and movement. The rest of them are strengthening and control exercises. They should be done safely and to your ability. Start off light and slow until you get used to them and then you can increase the resistance.
