Would highly recommend Derek. Have suffered from lower back pain on and off for years and it flared up again after a knee replacement operation in the June.
Have tried Chiropractors and a few physio's before with minor success or short term improvement.

Just finished my second visit to Derek for an injured shoulder that I had put up with for months. It was quite painful under certain movements but now it's almost fully pain free and the exercises Derek gave to me should eliminate the last niggles.
I'd have no hesitation in recommending Derek to friends or family or readers of this review.
Olive is great also, very friendly and helpful when making appointments etc.

Have had many physios over the years for a fair few injuries.
I visited Derek after making no progress with 2 physios over a 3 month period for what shoud have been a routine fix.
So finally after 5 months out and a very frustrating experience I can say that I will be continuing with Derek from now on.
A very nice guy who knows how to get you back working again.
Every week you progress in your sessions and receive your exercises off Derek in the clinic and in video format which sets him apart as most times the moves are forgotten walking out the door.
