FAQ

Need More Help? Here Are Some Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost?

The overall cost of your treatment will come down to a few things such as what you want to get back to, the nature of your pain or injury, how bad it has got and how long you have had it.

Your Initial Assessment costs €65 and in this your physio will find out the cause of your problem and explain what needs to happen to get the outcome you are looking for.

If you need sessions after this we then have some different options where you can pay ahead or buy a package which will allow you to save money and reduce the price to between €50 – €60 per session, depending on what you opt for.

Please know that all this will explained to you when you get to the clinic and we always do our best to work with you to suit your needs.

How long are appointments?

Your initial consultation will last 45 minutes.

Follow up appointments will last 30 minutes.

If you are travelling a distance to get to us, please let us know and we can allocate extra time if needed to make your journey stress free and worthwhile

What should I wear for my treatment

You can wear your normal clothes to your appointment. However depending on where the injury is you may have to remove some clothing so I can see and work around the area.

You can wear shorts if it is a lower body injury or females can wear a vest top if its upper body.

Please be aware that I often have to treat other areas that you may not feel the pain in. For example, if you have a knee or ankle injury, I will often have to address an issue at the hip that may be the true cause of the problem.
