In your initial assessment with a physio we get a clear understanding of what is causing your pain and problem.We get a clear picture of how it is affecting your life and ideally, what you want to be able to do if you didn’t have this pain.

Once we know the route cause of your pain, we will then explain what needs to happen to get you your solution. We break this down into manageable steps and show you what needs to happen to help you get from your current situation to your ideal outcome.
Get Your Pain Reduce Your Pain And Help You Move More Easily
We Use hands on treatment and specific movements to help reduce your pain and get you moving safely in the shortest time possible. We first target the key positions and activities that will make the biggest difference to your day.
For example, if you are getting back pain when sitting and you need to sit all day for work, then we need to get you sitting more comfortably as this will make your day a lot easier.
Step By Step Progress
Once your initial pain has settled we then guide you through your treatment plan ensuring that you are able to do each of the targets outlined in the assessment. We practice key exercises and movements that build good movement and stability to allow you to do your everyday tasks challenges without the pain coming back.
Confidence and Freedom
The last steps in your plan are vital to ensure that you can move, work, exercise, and do the things you love to do with confidence and without worry that the problem will return.
By this stage you will be feeling great, moving without pain and in a great position to look after your health and well being.
