This website is operated by Midlands Physio Clinic Ltd, trading as Midlands Physio & Back Pain Clinic.

The information provided on our website, including articles, videos, downloadable guides and online exercise programmes, is intended for general educational purposes.

While we aim to provide accurate, evidence-informed advice, this information is not a substitute for an individual physiotherapy assessment, medical diagnosis or personalised healthcare advice.

If you are unsure whether an exercise or programme is suitable for you, particularly if you have an existing injury or medical condition, please seek appropriate professional advice.

Individual experiences and outcomes vary, and no particular result is guaranteed.

Appointments

Physiotherapy appointments and other clinic services can be booked through our online booking system, Cliniko, or by contacting the clinic directly.

We understand that circumstances can change and you may occasionally need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

As appointment availability is limited, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice wherever possible. This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient who may be waiting.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact Midlands Physio as soon as possible.

Appointment fees and relevant booking details are provided during the booking process.

Online Programmes

Midlands Physio offers online exercise programmes, including Daily Back Reset and Run Long Run Strong, which can be purchased through our secure ThriveCart checkout pages.

Our programmes provide general exercise and educational guidance and are not designed to replace individual medical or physiotherapy assessment or treatment.

Programme descriptions, prices and included content are displayed before purchase.

Purchases are made as a one-off payment, with ongoing access to the purchased programme for as long as the programme remains available on our platform. We describe this as lifetime access, meaning no recurring subscription fee; it does not guarantee that the platform or programme will remain available indefinitely.

Programme access is intended for the individual purchaser and must not be shared, copied, redistributed or resold without permission.

You will need a suitable device and internet connection to access the programme videos and materials.

Programme Use and Copyright

All programme videos, written materials and other original content are the intellectual property of Midlands Physio Clinic Ltd or their respective rights holders.

Purchasing a programme gives you access for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, record, distribute, publish, share login details, resell or commercially exploit programme content without our written permission, except where permitted by law.

If a refund is issued, your access to the programme will be withdrawn. Any copies of programme materials you have downloaded must be deleted, except where you are legally entitled to retain them.

We reserve the right to take appropriate action where programme content is unlawfully copied or distributed.

Cancellations, Refunds and Consumer Rights

We want you to feel comfortable purchasing one of our online programmes.

If you purchase Daily Back Reset or Run Long Run Strong and find that the programme isn’t what you expected or isn’t suitable for you, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Simply email hello@midlandsphysio.ie with your order details and let us know you would like a refund.

We will arrange a full refund to your original payment method. Once a refund has been processed, access to the programme will end.

This voluntary satisfaction guarantee is in addition to your statutory consumer rights, which remain unaffected.

Depending on the nature of the digital product or service, additional statutory cancellation rights may apply. Where the law permits a cancellation right to be lost when digital content is supplied immediately, the required consent, acknowledgement and confirmation arrangements must be provided during the purchase process.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Irish law.
